SME Fortress is deployed in your Microsoft tenant and it stays private to you according to your agreements with Microsoft.

We do not have access to your data. SME Fortress does not share data with us or third parties. However, some subscribed functionalities require information to be shared with us so that we can provide requested support and additional value. Refer to the specifications of your subscription for details.

We only need data essential for functionality, support and invoicing purposes. This may include:

• Company details: company name, address and contact details such as email or phone number.
• Subscription data.
• Contact details, such as your name, email or other information you share so we can contact or support you.
• For special services, information needed to provide the requested service, such as technologies or IT/OT products you use, and information about partners, competitors or clients.

2. How We Use Your Information

We only collect data essential for the functionality of the Extension. This may include:

• Company details: to issue invoices or contact you for business purposes.
• Subscription data: to understand which features you are subscribed to.
• Contact details: to establish the contractual relationship and communicate about SME Fortress functionality, new features and marketing. If you voluntarily provide feedback or contact us, we may collect your name, email or other details you share.
• Technologies or IT/OT products you use: to share current cybersecurity risks related to these products.
• Partners, competitors or clients: some subscribed services provide current cybersecurity news about these organizations.
